We respect your privacy and personal information. No information or statistics about your visit to our site is released to anyone outside of our company. If you submit your email address, or other personal information, it will be protected and kept confidential. This information will only be used for the express purpose asked for at the time it is requested.

Product Prices
Due to changes at our manufacturers, GBP prices are subject to change without notice.  We highly recommend that you call us (973-896-1069) to confirm pricing before ordering.

Sales Tax
All purchases are subject to state and local taxes where applicable.  New Jersey is 7%.

Terms and Conditions
Payment:  Net 30 days to state, or local municipalities and colleges/schools.  COD prepayment to private companies/facilities or individuals.

Product Delivery
All orders are shipped via the best possible carrier.  Drop-ship, air freight or other special handling for rush shipments is available upon request by calling (973) 896-1069.  Delivery claims: should your order arrive damage or lost in transit, please call us immediately to file a claim with the shipping carrier.  Claims must be filed within 3 days and according to the policies dictated by the carrier.

Unit Warranty:
All units carry a minimum one year manufacturers warranty.  The following parts are not covered by warranty: filter bags, drive belts, brushes and drive tracks (refer to owner’s manual).  These items may require replacement in the ordinary course of use due to normal wear.

Repair Warranty:
Customer is responsible for shipping both ways after 14 days.  Warranty labor rates apply after 30 days.

Return Policy
Returned, non-defective Goods
Products are eligible for returns for 15 days after delivery.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returned goods must have a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package.  Please contact us at 973-896-1069 for a RMA# and return destination. Returned items must be shipped pre-paid and insured. Returns made without an RMA# may not be accepted and returned at owners/shippers expense.

Authorized returned items must be in original, brand new, unused, condition. Additional charges may occur if unit cannot be resold due to use, damage or abuse or if our suppliers restocking fee is greater.  If after 15 days of delivery, you have any problems, please let us know immediately and we will help you to work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

“Custom” orders are not refundable.

What is the difference between requesting a quote and placing an order?

Quotes – The act of requesting a Quote results in a sales representative receiving your request , reviewing your needs, determining whether additional functions/features are needed, and sending you a Quote for the items outlined in your request. If you let us know that the Quote is acceptable to you, we will then convert it to an Order.
Orders – The act of placing an Order initiates the order fulfillment process. Great Blue will receive your order and calculate tax and freight charges (if applicable). You will be billed — per the prices given to you on your Quote — and your order will be shipped to you (or held for pick-up if that is your preference).
